Who are we?
We specialise in the sale of used smartphones and tablets and aim to establish ourselves as the UK's most competitively priced online retailer. All of our products are fully working, factory reset, tested and carefully graded. Our devices go through an extremely strict QC process, so you always great a great quality device!
What are your opening hours?

Can I collect my order?
Yes! You are more than welcome to collect your order in person from our premises. It would be best to place your order prior to you arriving, as we sell out fast - and we would hate for you to make the journey, only to find out someone else snapped up the deal.
What do our grades mean?
These devices will look like brand new. They will come with no marks or scratches and will work perfectly. As with all our products, they will come with a FREE Tempered Glass Screen Protector, as well as with a Charging Plug and USB Cable.

What can I expect in my package?
Your device, packaged securely in our safe delivery-proof packaging to make sure it arrives to you intact. We will also include a free glass tempered glass screen protector and if that's not enough - we'll even throw in a free charging plug and cable.

Do your products all come with warranty?
Yes! Our entire product range is covered under our 1 year warranty. Some of the latest devices may even come with Manufacture Warranty which means you can take it straight to them if you have any problems. This is however on a case by case basis.
Can you provide photo's of the actual device?
Unfortunately not. We stock a LOT of products so we can not take individual pictures of each device but fear not - we provide a 30 days no quibble return policy, so if your not happy - you can simply return it to us for your money back!
How long is my warranty?
Your warranty will last for exactly 1 year from the date of delivery of your device.
What's covered under my warranty?
Our 1 year warranty covers the entire software operation of your device. Should it ever develop a software fault, we're at hand to sort it out for you right away. As well as this we also cover your battery health for a period of 6 months.
Our warranty will not cover any accidental damage caused. When your device is shipped back to us - we will first inspect the entire device (including water markers) to see if any damage has been caused accidentally. We can fix your device(s) at a reduced cost if you are an existing customer.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
If your still within the 30 day period, simply pop your handset in the post back to us for a full refund. We will need all accounts removed from the device prior to you doing this e.g. iCloud, Samsung or Google accounts must all be removed from the device. If your simply returning the device because you no longer need it, you will be required to pay for postage. If the device has a genuine fault, we will send you a pre-paid label, which will make the delivery completely free of charge!

All refunds are processed within 7 working days of receiving your device. This gives us time to check your device thoroughly and ensure all of your sensitive data is removed.

Is your postage really free?
Yes, if you purchase any mobile phone from us - we include shipping free of charge. If your simply ordering accessories, you will be charged for delivery.
How long will my delivery take?
We aim to dispatch all orders which are placed before 3pm, on the same day. We ship all items via Royal Mail - using a next day delivery service. As long as your order is placed before 3PM - you should usually receive your device the very next day.
Any dealys are unfortunately beyond our control.
Do you deliver on weekends?
We can not guarantee a Saturday delivery - however Royal Mail do deliver, so there is a possibility of you receiving your device on a Saturday.
