Shipping Policy

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 12PM on the same day. You will typically receive this within 3 business days although it can take up to 5 business days if you select the Free Delivery option. 

If you use the Express Delivery option you will typically receive this the next working day, although we do advise this can take up to 3 working days. 

We use Royal Mail Tracked delivery as well as DPD as a courier. You will be provided with the relevant details at the point of dispatch which allows you to track the status of your order. 

Exchange Policy

If you simply want to exchange your device, please get in contact with our team via email on

Returns Policy

If your still within the 14 day period, simply pop your handset in the post back to us for a full refund.

We will need all accounts removed from the device prior to you doing this e.g. iCloud, Samsung or Google accounts must all be removed from the device.


If your simply returning the device because you no longer need it, you will be required to pay for postage. If the device has a genuine fault, we will send you a pre-paid label, which will make the delivery completely free of charge.

Refund Policy

All refunds are processed within 7 working days of receiving your device. This gives us time to check your device thoroughly and ensure all of your sensitive data is removed.
